Workspaces
A workspace is where your team stores and manages bookmarks.
Workspace permissions
Each workspace membership has a permission level:
ADMIN: manage members, tags, and all bookmark actions (including bulk delete)PUBLISHER: create and edit bookmarks (and other non-admin actions)VIEWER: read-only access

Create a workspace
Organization admins can create workspaces.
When creating a workspace, you can optionally add existing organization users and assign their workspace permission.
If you reach your plan's workspace limit, Linkinize blocks workspace creation until you upgrade or delete a workspace.
Rename a workspace
Organization admins can rename workspaces.
Delete a workspace
Organization admins can delete workspaces.
Deletion removes:
- Workspace members
- Workspace bookmarks
- Workspace tags
Manage workspace members
There are two ways members are managed:
- Organization admins can add/remove members and change permissions from the organization workspace settings.
- Workspace admins (
ADMINin that workspace) can manage members from inside the workspace.
Only active organization members can be added to a workspace.
